Citrus Brioche French Toast

Slices of Brioche baked in a blended Citrus cream. Served atop a sweet orange glaze and finished with fresh homemade orange-infused whipped cream. Served with slices of gourmet bacon and a garnish of seasonal fresh fruit.



Smoked Salmon Quiche

A buttery homemade pie crust filled with smoked salmon, capers delicately mixed with a herb cream and egg base. Topped with a blend of fresh cheeses and baked until golden. Served with seasonal fresh fruit and a mini lemon crumb muffin.



Rustic Lemon Blueberry Meringue Belgian Waffles

A fluffy yet crisp Belgian waffle nestled in a fresh blueberry purée. Topped with lemon curd and a sweet whipped lemon goat cheese topping. Finished with fresh blueberries and served with slices of gourmet bacon and a garnish of seasonal fresh fruit.

Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissant Sandwich

Gourmet Sausage patty, fresh eggs and mild cheddar cheese tucked in a flaky croissant. Served with seasonal fresh fruit.

Spring Garden Salad

Fresh greens with asparagus, zucchini, peas, watermelon radishes and toasted hazelnuts. Served with a homemade White Balsamic Vinaigrette.



Summer Berry Salad

Hand picked spinach and spring mix with seasonal berries, candied pecans, and goat cheese. Served with a homemade Blackberry Vinaigrette.



French Onion Soup - Our House Specialty

Served in the traditional earthenware-style bowl, our delicious, tender onions are simmered in beef stock, topped with croutons, then smothered in Provolone cheese and broiled until bubbly. Heavenly. 



Lunch Entrees


Grilled Peach Caprese Chicken

Grilled peaches, buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil drizzled with a balsamic reduction atop a marinated grilled chicken breast. Served with grilled asparagus and roasted redskin potatoes with a lemon herb aioli.



Wild Caught Southwest Salmon

Spice rubbed Salmon atop a bed of fresh Mexican corn salad. Topped with avocado and garnished with honey lime aioli and crisp tortillas.



Blackberry Ginger Hoison Glaze Pork Loin

Seared Herb crusted Pork Loin dressed in a fresh blackberry ginger Hoisin glaze. Served with grilled Asparagus and roasted redskin potatoes with a lemon herb aioli.
