Gourmet Dining

We invite you to experience Fine Luncheon Cuisine at our Granary Restaurant.  Our menu features fresh salads, gourmet entrees and house-made desserts.   Enjoy your meal while taking in the magnificent view of the lakes, Christmas tree farm and lush Killbuck Valley.  Outdoors – in season – enjoy the fresh country air, sweeping views and gentle breezes of our covered rooftop dining.

Lunch served 7 days a week 11AM - 2:30PM. Reservations are recommended but are not required. NOTE: We do not take reservations on the weekends November 1st through Christmas. We suggest that when you arrive that you see the hostess first thing. If she is able to seat you at that time, she will. Or, she will do her best to seat you at a time that is convenient! We take great care in the meals we prepare; all meals are made "to order". Our customers tell us it's worth the wait! We appreciate your patience dusing this wonderful time of year!

Pine Tree Favorites

French Onion Soup - Our House Specialty

Served in the traditional earthenware-style bowl, our delicious, tender onions are simmered in beef stock, topped with croutons, then smothered in Provolone cheese and broiled until bubbly. Heavenly. Served with muffin or bread choice.

Crepe du Jour w Salad

Two delicious soft crepes filled with the day's featured filling - changes daily. Served with Green Garden Salad, Cashew Spinach Salad, Fresh Fruit or Soup.   

Gourmet California Style Thin Crust Pizza

The freshest ingredients all nestled in a delicate, hand-formed pan crust. Varieties change daily. 

Black & Bleu Steak Salad

Grilled tender Sirloin Steak with grilled peaches and grape tomatoes, pecans, and blue cheese over romaine lettuce and spring mix. We recommend our blue cheese or balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Served with choice of bread.

Quiche du Jour
House made. A delicate, buttery hand-formed crust is filled with fine imported cheeses, eggs & cream. Each day we offer two varieties: one meat and one vegetarian. Changes daily. 
Pasta du Jour

Delightful pasta dishes made with our original recipies. Accompanied by choice of Green Garden Salad or Cashew Spinach Salad & Sour Dough Baguette. 

Signature Luncheon Salads

Signature Luncheon Salads are served with a choice of muffin or bread. Salad Dressings: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Parmesan Peppercorn, Raspberry Walnut, French, Lite Italian,  Mango Chardonnay, Sweet & Sour, Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette & White Balsamic Lemon Vinaigrette.  For Hot Bacon Dressing, add $.75

Turkey Bistro Salad

A blend of Romaine lettuce and baby greens topped with rotisserie turkey, tomatoes, bacon pieces, red seedless grapes and toasted walnuts. We recommend Raspberry Walnut or Mango Chardonnay dressing.

Johnny’s Orchard Salad

A blend of Romaine lettuce and spinach, topped with red and green apples, diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, sprinkled with dried cranberries and cashews. We recommend our sweet and sour dressing.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Boneless, skinless breast of chicken marinated in Italian dressing, served on a crisp bed of fresh Romaine tossed with a delicious, tangy Caeser dressing, then sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese and homemade croutons.

Cashew Spinach Salad

A tender bed of hand-picked, fresh baby spinach sprinkled with chopped hardboiled eggs, cashews & sliced red onions. Served w/ choice of bread or muffin. 


All sandwiches are served with your choice of Green Garden Salad, Cashew Spinach Salad or Fresh Fruit. (Make the side salad a “Signature” Side Salad - add $1.95)

Half Club Croissant

Thinly sliced smoked turkey breast, honey-cured ham and bacon topped with Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato piled high on a buttery croissant.

Half Turkey Ciabatta Sandwich

Delicious sliced turkey, topped with white cheddar cheese, apples and baby spinach, served on multi-grained bread slathered with honey-chipotle mayo, then grilled on our Panini grill until golden brown.

Half PAstrami Melt

A Pine Tree favorite for over 25 years. Layers of pastrami, Swiss cheese, tomato and onion on rye bread, grilled to perfection & served with sauerkraut and your choice of soup or salad.  Available as a whole sandwich also.

Grilled Chicken Breast on Ciabatta

Tender grilled chicken breast served on rosemary Ciabatta bread with Bistro Sauce, Provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, bacon and fresh spinach.

Black Raspberry or Peach - Our specialty, a tradition for over 25 years. Available served a la mode.

Stacked Apple Walnut Pie

A delicious blend of fresh Granny Smith apple slices, sugar, butter and cinnamon, in a flaky house-made crust and topped with a crumbly struessel. Available served a la mode.

Southern Pecan Pie

Scratch made. A delicious blend of molasses, sugar, butter and pecans nestled in a hand-formed flaky, buttery crust. Scrumptious.  Available served a la mode.

Our Pine Tree Cheese Cake du jour

Our talented cheescake chef Miriam is responsible for these incredibly delicious creations. Enjoy a variety of tempting flavors. Changes daily. 

Brownie Praline Pecan Sundae with Carmel Sauce

With a photo and title like that, is a description really necessary? We didn't think so. 

Molasses Cookie Basket with Sorbet

Ice Cream or Sorbet of the day, served in a delicate molasses cookie basket.

Our House coffee is carefully selected for its smooth, rich flavor. Ground daily, and freshly brewed. Regular and decaffeinated (flavored - changes weekly).

All American cheese on thickly sliced whole wheat bread served with apple sauce and Shearer’s chips.

A tasty hot dog is filled with cheese bits and wrapped in a pretzel-bread bun!

Alcoholic Beverages


For your enjoyment, we are pleased to offer a group of wines carefully selected from a number of smaller US wineries and vineyards. Our offerings include Cabernets Sauvignons, Sauvignon Blancs, Pinot Noirs, Moscatos, Reislings, Merlots, Chardonnays and Pinot Grigios. 

Ohio Wines - In addition top our regular offerings, we are pleased to feature a number of wines from select Ohio wineries. These award winning wines are produced by small, family-owned wineries that take great pride in the art of winemaking, and are not genmerally available outside this region. We encourage you to experience these limited production wines 

All wines are available by the glass or bottle. 

Our alcohol license allows unfinished bottles to be taken home for enjoyement later. In addition, all of the wines we offer are available for purchase either for your enjoyment, or as gifts. 

Note: We're sorry, but we are not permitted to sell alcohol on Sundays - YET. We hope to have a Sunday license this Fall, 2016. Stay tuned!
