It's finally warm enough for rooftop dining in our restaurant, The Granary. For those who have been pining for our Homemade Mint Tea (made from mint we pick fresh every morning!) or our Raspberry Spinach Chicken Salad, you'll be happy to know that we've switched to the Summer Menu. Insiders tip: If you happen to be here on one of the days that we're serving Dustin's secret recipe Cinnamon Bun Cheesecake, it's worth every creamy calorie! Ask for it.
Don't forget that Pine Tree will be closed Monday, May 1 to observe the holiday. I hope you all have a WONDERFUL Memorial Day weekend.

A sampling of the sights and sounds captured on the lake at Pine Tree Barn. When you visit, you may want to bring your binoculars. We've spotted Eagles fishing on our lake! (We chose not to remind them that fishing is catch and release only. Sometimes, you just gotta make exceptions!) We also have a pair of swans that returned this year, and baby goslings galore.

We've had so many people call and ask, so I had to tell you. We just got in a huge order from Merck Family's Old World Christmas ornaments. They are one of the world's most extensive and best-loved collections of mouth-blown glass ornaments. Crafted by hand using traditional, old-world methods. I know, I know...it's (almost!) June...but many of these will be sold out by the time December rolls around...I would be doing you a disservice if I kept it to myself!
